Dr. Muhammad Abdelfattah Mahmoud, New York

We are excited to welcome Muhammad Abdelfattah Mahmoud, DPT, from PT of the City in New York, as the newest member of Hands-On Diagnostics (HODS).

Muhammad is a licensed physical therapist specializing in orthopedic and musculoskeletal rehabilitation, with a strong focus on evidence-based care and optimizing patient outcomes. At PT of the City, he not only provides patient care but also takes on supervisory responsibilities across clinic operations, demonstrating both clinical and leadership excellence.

Driven by a passion for advancing diagnostic-driven physical therapy, Muhammad is currently furthering his expertise through the EMG Residency Program to strengthen his diagnostic and clinical skills. His commitment to integrating advanced diagnostic knowledge into practice aligns closely with HODS’ mission to empower physical therapists with cutting-edge tools, education, and innovation.

Muhammad’s dedication to high-quality patient care, professional growth, and clinical excellence makes him a valuable addition to the HODS community. We are excited to support him on this journey and look forward to the contributions he will bring to our growing network.

Legendary Performance in Pensacola, Florida

We are excited to welcome Louie Watkins, PT, DPT, COMT, COO and co-owner of Legendary Performance in Pensacola, Florida, as the newest member of Hands-On Diagnostics (HODS).

Louie has been in private practice since 2017 and brings a deep commitment to clinical excellence and whole-person care. He is a graduate of the University of Tennessee and Arcadia University, holding both a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy and a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree. His clinical expertise spans orthopedics and manual therapy, balance and vestibular disorders, and lymphedema care.

Louie holds multiple advanced certifications, including:

  • Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist (Ola Grimsby Institute)
  • Certified in Balance and Vestibular Disorders (American Institute of Balance)
  • Certified Manual Lymphatic Drainage Therapist (Norton School of Lymphatic Therapy)

At Legendary Performance, Louie is passionate about delivering a true continuum of care, integrating rehabilitation, fitness, and wellness to serve individuals of all ages. His approach closely aligns with the HODS mission of advancing physical therapy through clinical excellence, innovation, and service.
