Clearwater, Florida — September 16-27, 2023 — The 10th Annual HODS Symposium, titled “Physical Therapy: A Primary Care Profession – The Role of EMG & MSK Ultrasound“, marked a significant milestone as the largest event in the history of the organization. Gathering attendees from across the nation at the Sheraton Sand Key Resort in Clearwater, Florida, this weekend event taking place September 16-17 was a platform for learning, networking, and discovering the most revolutionary techniques in physical therapy.
Pioneers and professionals from the physical therapy industry came together for an exceptionally valuable experience, and this year’s keynote address added a profound touch to the event. The esteemed Dr. Richard P. Nielsen, Founding President/CEO Emeritus of Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions & Noorda College of Osteopathic Medicine, delivered an inspiring keynote that left a lasting impact on all attendees. Dr. Nielsen generously shared his invaluable wisdom with the HODS community, setting the tone for an unforgettable weekend.
The 10th Annual HODS Symposium also celebrated its graduates of various, world-renowned EMG/NCV & MSK Ultrasound training programs, recognizing the dedication and hard work of individuals who have contributed to the growth and excellence of the organization.
This year’s event also marked the 10th anniversary of the company’s founding by Dr. Dimitrios Kostopoulos, Dr. Konstantine Rizopoulos, and Craig Ferreira in 2013.
